Refund policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and request a refund within 7 days of receiving it. Returns and refunds will only be accepted if the item has not been worn, used, or altered and is returned in the exact condition it was received.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify Us
    Send an email to aatmastudio@hotmail.com including:

    • Your intention to make a return.
    • Your order number.
    • Your full name and email address used in the order.
    • A list of the items received and those you wish to return.

  2. Processing Your Request
    Once we receive your email, we will process it within 72 hours and provide instructions for the return. Please note that return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

  3. Return Timeline
    The product must be shipped back within 10 days of its delivery.

  4. Product Condition
    For the return to be accepted, the product must meet the following requirements:

    • Be in perfect condition as received.
    • Include all tags, packaging, and any complimentary accessories.
    • Must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return or apply alternative terms.

 

EXCHANGE OR REFUND OPTIONS

You can choose between:

  1. Exchange
    You may exchange the product for any other item available in the shop. If the new item is of a higher value, the difference must be paid before shipping.

  2. Refund
    If you prefer a refund, we will process it within 15 days of receiving the returned product.

Important Notes:

  • If the returned product does not meet the outlined conditions, we reserve the right to issue a partial or adjusted refund.
  • Sale items are excluded from our return policy and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
