Collection: Akasha collection

Akasha is a collection of light, wearable pieces made from leftover fabrics of previous AATMA collections, reworked instead of discarded.

The pieces are created using textiles from the Shakti collection, hand-printed in India with traditional block print techniques and natural dyes. They are transformed into necklaces, bracelets, anklets and eyewear chains - soft cotton, knotted and shaped into forms that sit lightly on the body. Small metal charms add contrast, inspired by AATMA’s world: sun, sea, symbols, and island energy.

Akasha takes its name from the Sanskrit word for “space” or “ether” - the invisible element that holds everything, without weight or form. It represents openness, lightness, and the idea of presence without heaviness. In the same way, these pieces are designed to move with the body, almost unnoticed, yet always there.
